“#Cook with #Beer” is a first of its kind #workshop with John Eapen along with the Chefs from Big Brewsky where they will show you how beer can be used in cooking regular meals like wine.
Blogger and Beer evangelist John Eapen of Tales of Froth has teamed up with the chefs from Big Brewsky and curated a 3 course meal with beer as one of the ingredients. He will also take you through sampling of Big brewsky beers and talk of beer pairing with food. Beer can be used in Sauces, salad dressing, appetizer, main course and also desserts. John and the chef will take you through a starter, main course and dessert in which Beer will be one of the main ingredients. At the end of the workshop you get to taste the food that is cooked.
Apart from the cooking, you will also get 2 brewed beers, 1 Beer sampler set, 2 veg and 2 non veg starts as part of your ticket fee.
